Strategy Research & Design
Progress is about remoulding of visions and objectives into the real life. In practice happens that a company has a vision of what should be achieved, but from rational reasons the company does not know how to transform the visions and objectives into the specific solutions. Strategy Research & Design is an answer to strategic visions and questions, the objective of which is to provide clear and practical arguments necessary for determining development strategy.
Strategy Research & Design is a solution which’s main objective is to identify our clients ideas and define possible solution variants, from which is then mutually identified the best possible solution. Every design has its own life cycle and certain extent of real chance to survive in specific market conditions.
Our task
Strategy Research & Design is the first step of strategy planning coming out from the current solutions applied in different or similar conditions or a completely new tailor-made solution provided to our clients. In this phase so called “hard-factor” analytical approaches are used and supported by the unique know-how from the relevant areas, creativity and knowledge of processes in the area of management and strategic management.
Within the realization of this project part we use standard models for strategic planning based primarily on Gap Analysis and STP (Situation-Target-Path) methodologies.
An output of this phase is an approved solution that provides sufficient basis for determination of definitive decisions for realization or non-realization of the intent in question.
Strategy Development
Strategy creation is based on identification of strengths and weaknesses of a specific strategic project and setting up of necessary steps related to the successful implementation. Strategy Development is a phase of the project all the attributes of the future strategy in connection to existing state of management system, human capital or ordinarily used processes are created in detail.
Our task
Our task is to create a complex plan for realization of strategic intentions reflecting all the aspects of the company. An output is a complex analysis describing single implementation phases of determined strategy in accordance with:
- objectives,
- management systems,
- present management processes and functions,
- level of human capital development,
- corporate culture.
An output of the process is the so called “Feasibility Study”, for which’s preparation we use the most up-to-date strategic management methods based on strategic planning models.
Strategy Implementation
To realize complex strategy means to perform changes on all company levels. An overlooking of this fact is the most frequent mistake.
Our task
Our task is to create not only complex but also successful solutions. Our solutions are successful because they do not end by defining the necessary changes, but they continue with an assistance by the implementation and control of individual attributes set up accuracy.
Public Procurement
Our Public Procurement team acts as a professional advisor and member of expert groups not only at national, but also at international level. A number of clients have started to use our expert’s experience with preparation of public procurement legislation in various countries and experience with preparation of proposals for the most considerable competitions.
The most important precondition for successful bid in the Public Procurement process or public competition is to set a proper strategy. The importance of this phase, which is based on preparation of impeccable documentation for successful bid, has shown critical in our experience with clients.
The second area of the cooperation with our clients is providing expert advisory services in review procedures and protection against unlawful misconduct by contest organizer.
Our task
As it is with Strategy Development services, during preparation of bids we identify strengths and weaknesses of the client as a precondition of meeting requirements of particular competition or process. We also propose appropriate varied approaches to preparation of the bid. The outcome of all of this is a comprehensive analysis of tendering procedures and recommendations for successful bids, including strategic advisory services during the whole public procurement process.

For several years we work in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility and we apply its strategic strength to the most important processes in the area of development of companies leading to profitability increase.

Policy Planning
Planning of reforms, policies and complex regulations that significantly influence events in the country and create environment for better operation of the civil society or entrepreneurial environment, more effective management on the public administration level or reduction of bureaucracy are the conditions for creation of political capital and recognition.
Our task
The aim of introductory phase is to define objectives and visions related to ideas of relevant players, review of possibilities and globally used procedures and “best practice” for creation and implementation of related policies. One of the most important moments in plan creation is its correct set up and perfect timing of strategy.
We have many years of experience in preparation and implementation of strategic intents and abilities to achieve relevant backstage information related to problems and challenges within implementation of strategic intents on local, regional and national level.
Policy Development
Detailed definitions of processes, procedures, competencies and responsibilities are the basic conditions for proper management and high-quality strategy implementation. For creation of policies it is necessary to complexly assess their influence on operation of the most elemental processes and regulations and to reduce and eliminate negative economic, political, legislative and company impacts in advance.
Our task
An inseparable part of policy creation is to be able to interconnect needs with possibilities. This is the aim of the second phase of policy creation; the aim is to create detailed framework design on all relevant levels arising from the intent’s success.
Development phase is primarily based on:
- broad analytical study of the issue in question,
- definition of functional and process lines,
- impact on primary and secondary legislation,
- identification of uncovered areas from the point of view of function, processes and legislations,
- main feasibility factors,
- testing and time schedule.
Policy Implementation
All the phases of planning, creation and implementation of policies can be compared to “Lego”, where the final phase is its composition. Implementation of policies is a real introduction of the proposed strategy into life. In this phase it is important to cooperate with partner that is able to perfectly coordinate process also in case of occurrence of unexpected events that may interrupt or terminate successful implementation, and with partner that has sufficient experience and high-quality expert background. Our task
Implementation of policies is not a short-term project, but continuous, perfectly timed and specifically managed process of the changes introduction. This process has side effects in form of added values and possible negative impacts, for which it is necessary to create sufficient argumentation.
Our task is to propose and together with initiative leader implement the strategy into the real life. Our assistance consists in particular of:

- setting up communication strategy,
- building argumentation databases and strategies,
- monitoring and control of implementation.
