Jenewein at Volkswagen Slovakia Run & Fun
Our running team successfully continues in sport activities as more than one month after the last competition it was participated in another sport event Volkswagen Slovakia Run & Fun under the headline of the 25th anniversary of Jenewein Group, which includes also the companies Amrop, Fipra and EPPP. The fourth year of the largest relay-race for adults and also children took place on May 16, 2015. Hlavné námestie (Main Square) in Bratislava was the starting point. From several disciplines our team (which was wearing our anniversary T-Shirts) chose the Royal relay (3 x 8 km) and finished at excellent the 33rd place from among more than 214 registered teams.

Jenewein Anniversary Party
The highlight of April offer of our year-long celebration was undoubtedly the dance and evening Jenewein Anniversary Party, which took place on April 28, 2015 in the Loft! Club on Továrenská Street in Bratislava. At an informal meeting with our friends, which have been growing with the brands of Jenewein – Amrop – Fipra – EPPP and are part of our successful journey we celebrated the 25th Anniversary alongside mixed drinks and great music group Replay Band.

We again supported the concert Chyťme sa za ruky
Like last years, a consulting company Jenewein Group financially supported the 6th year of the beneficial event Chyťme sa za ruky (Let us hold hands). The event was held on April 26, 2015 at Dom kultúry in Galanta for around five hundred of mentally or otherwise handicapped children from 27 institutions and facilities for people with disabilities from all over western Slovakia. As the representative of the organizer Milan Štefánik said, these children don’t have a chance to participate at any concerts and events – therefore a civic association, which is named after him, yearly organizes the beneficial concert, where the children can actively perform with their program. Several singers and bands, including guests from abroad – The Great Malarkey (The Great Britain), Debadembra (Mali/Burkina Faso), Kristína and No Name (Slovakia), performed at the concert pro bono. Marián Čekovský was the presenter of the program. There were also some other activities prepared such as a Latino dance lessons, painting on canvas and painting on paper with hot wax, dowse ring and traditional archery. The aim of the event was to support an integration of mentally disabled people into the society and we are pleased again that we have done a little help for it.

The 15th year of the forum of HR managers and specialists
HRcomm – Slovak Association for Human Resources Management and Development, related to the 15th year of the forum of HR managers and specialists, has organized the conference Praktické skúsenosti v riadení ľudských zdrojov (Practical experience in human resources management) with its main theme – Odmeňovanie, motivácia a riadenie výkonu – „Koľko a čo za to?“ alebo „Čo a za koľko“? (Remuneration, motivation and performance management – "How much and what for?" or "What and how much"?. The event took place on April 23 and 24, 2015 in Demänovská Dolina, where Amrop Slovakia, as the member of the association, was represented by Mario Fondati, Partner, and Katarína Mokráňová, Consultant. These participants from Amrop have taken use of the two day’s long marathon of interesting themes and performances of skillful speakers not only for obtaining new information and inspiration, but also for networking and strengthening the relations with representatives of other member companies of the association of HRcomm. On the very first day of the conference the part of the social evening was also the bowling tournament, in which the players from Amrop became the majoring support for the winning team.

EPPP – Partner of conference about Dual education
The TREND Holding has responded on actually accepted Act on vocational training and education and on April 20, 2015 prepared the conference with the title How to implement Dual education as one of its activities. This conference which is supported by Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sport SR Juraj Draxler was taking place within the frame of series of conferences Firms and Schools. Experts´ program was a combination of presentation of authors of the act as well as representatives of Professional associations, schools, firms and independent consultants. Analytical and advisory Institute European Public Policy Partnership has the Education field defined in one of its main initiatives and thanks to its expertise and profound experience in this carrier topic it became one of the event partner. In order to enhance the spectrum of topics, increase the quality of the program and to contribute to the event, the EPPP has participated at the discussion in one of the panels. Andrej Hutta, the EPPP special advisor for education has opened the discussion how to simplify and facilitate an accession of firms and schools into dual vocational education system.

Jenewein at the National run Devín – Bratislava
In the year of celebration of the 25th anniversary we strengthened also our firm running team and under the headline Jenewein Group we participated in the National run Devín – Bratislava. The 68th annual set of this sport event took place on April 12, 2015. At the start of 11 625 meter long track way we welcomed all pre-registered candidates and also encouraging fans from among current or even former employees and also external co-employees of the brand Jenewein – Amrop – Fipra – EPPP.

Coffee Time with Amrop as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations
The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee Time with Amrop since December 2011, which has been bringing together invited guests as members of the boards and senior management, CEOs, HR managers and entrepreneurs to have a common discussion with the professionals from Amrop Slovakia and drink a cup of coffee alongside. The first series in 2015 took place on February 17 in Bratislava, then one day later in Košice and then on February 24 in Žilina. The Talent Dynamics was the main topic, which also corresponds with the new program in always innovated portfolio of Amrop. Among the key guests were include a hockey trainer Vladimír Vůjtek, manager and businessman Martin Kohút and also manager and communal politician Richard Rybníček. The discussion leader at these events was Andrea Vadkertii, who is also an ambassador of 25th Anniversary campaign of personnel consultancy in Slovakia and successful story of Jenewein Group and its specialized firms Amrop and Fipra on the Slovak and CEE market. The partner of the February meeting series of Coffee Time with Amrop was Panta Rhei, the network operator of Café Dias coffeehouses.

Businesswoman of Slovakia
Martin Krekáč, chairman and senior partner of Jenewein Group, as a member of the Supervisory Board of Women Entrepreneurship Forum of Slovakia became a member of selection committee in the Businesswoman of Slovakia 2014 awards. The mission of this project founded by Slovak Business Agency in 1990 is to give prices to women, whose achieve unique results in business and whose are able to survive on the market. The other aim of the project is to promote the most successful women and also to motivate other women to start a business and to be not afraid of developing their own business activities. The task of selection committee members was to qualify the registered competing according to commonly defined evaluation criteria, then to personally meet with them and to vote for them in the final review. During the gala evening Martin Krekáč together with another VIP guests gave the prices to winners of three categories of Best businesswoman, Starting businesswoman and Successful tradeswoman.

The Annual EMEA conference of Amrop
The traditional annual EMEA conference of The Amrop Group took place on January 21 – 23, 2015 in Tegernsee, the German city near Munich. More than a hundred of delegates from all over the region mainly dealt with the topics of strengthening the concept of Trusted Advisor in addition to regular reviewing of the previous period and plans for coming months. In accordance with the ambition of ensuring the sustained growth and continuous improvement the participants joined discussions about development of services in Leadership Assessment, working with the global study Welcome to the Flight Deck or even about strengthening the representation of Amrop on individual markets. The meetings in working and sector groups brought several other specific settings. The participants agreed that many of the discussions will continue in June at the global conference, which will take place in Vienna this year. Igor Šulík, Managing Partner at Amrop Slovakia, represented the company at this annual EMEA conference.
