Forbes: The PRF association introduces the Family Business topic in its June release
Many family companies are going through a difficult period during which they have to deal not only with everyday responsibilities and often unexpected challenges but also with the future. This year's ranking of the largest family companies, which is regularly compiled by the monthly magazine Forbes Slovensko, includes this fact too. Because of the pandemic, the solemn result announcement has been postponed to the autumn, but the June release of the magazine remained devoted to the family business. We are all the more pleased that the Partners of Family-Owned Companies (Partneri Rodinných Firiem – PRF) association has become a partner of this topic. The Family Business section, which presents inspiring stories of family companies or an overview of the problems they are currently facing, opens with an interview with Michal Kukula from nebotra consulting and Rastislav Mackanič from Amrop in Slovakia. The two founding members of the association agree that many family companies do not have a well-thought-out plan and react spontaneously to a sudden crisis. Read an unshortened version of the interview here.
