Corporate Governance
Jenewein Group, and the companies in its portfolio, respects the principles of good corporate governance because it believes that only through transparent information about its organization, control systems, standards and decision-making process it can gain and keep the trust of its employees, customers, shareholders and the public.
Therefore we follow the principles of good corporate governance, responsible behavior, innovation and the highest quality standards. In order to bring these resolutions into everyday life, we have created an organ structure to make all stakeholders see that Jenewein Group keeps its own entrepreneurship in good shape and make them all feel the consequent certainty that it is held responsibly. Jenewein Group has created a framework for unified management, the aim of which is to guarantee and ensure a consistent application of the company principles.
Jenewein Group is governed by the Chairman who chairs the Group and the Strategy Board. From this position he is responsible for strengthening the Group's consulting portfolio and creating synergic solutions between individual consulting companies and platforms of the Jenewein Group. He also appoints and dismisses members of the Strategy Board and partners of individual companies and controls their performance.
The Strategy Board is in charge of coordination of the common interests, strategic development of individual professional areas and is responsible for meeting the set goals. Its members provide inputs and guidelines, supervise the execution of activities in line with the strategy and inform about its fulfillment and current status on ongoing basis. We remain fully committed to high standards of corporate governance and to responsible conduct of the business. As leader in our business areas Jenewein Group will always advocate high ethical standards, transparency and good standards of corporate governance in our professions.
The consulting solutions are delivered by internal consulting teams, which are active within global partnerships and networks and are also part of the Jenewein Group's consulting platforms.
