He does not hesitate to speak openly about it, and thanks to this, he has got dozens of people behind him who find help thanks to his story. In addition to being a graphic designer, music composer and singer, he works as a peer consultant in the League for Mental Health of the Slovak Republic. He shares his experience with those who also struggle with mental illness and are trying to get their lives back under control. "I know that if I did it, others can do better too," he says.

The rankings provide ratings in 50 different categories and show which sectors or companies have grown the most. In this shorter online version of the story, you can read about all the top-ranked companies. The project has been created in cooperation with Sme daily, and the Finstat company. Jenewein Executive was ranked in the TOP 10 in the sector of the Largest Executive Search companies and Jenewein Group ranked in the ranking of the largest companies in the Business Consulting sector.

The labor market in 2022 was influenced primarily by the war in Ukraine, high inflation and artificial intelligence. According to the annual evaluation included in the Career & Employment Guide yearbook, it is evident that companies operating in the field of human capital in Slovakia experienced a significant increase in searches for executive and highly specialized professional searches, even in this challenging situation. While in 2021 the 10 largest Executive search companies in Slovakia received €4.4 million for their services, in 2022 this rose to €5.5 million.
