In Search of the Marginal Consumer
FIPRA advisory group, which also includes consulting company FIPRA Slovakia, in cooperation with Phil Evans, an independent consultant and a Member of the UK Competition Commission, conducted a study entitled In Search of the Marginal Consumer. The core content is a thorough analysis of consumers´ behavior and factors influencing decisions they take when satisfying their claims and needs. One of the key points is to define the role competition authorities play in this area. Interesting findings are prepared on the basis of interviews with stakeholders from across 34 countries worldwide.
